If I choose free shipping, how will my order be shipped?

Most hardcover books and multi-book orders will be shipped via Media Mail. Small paperbacks may be shipped via first class, if the cost is less than media mail. We always include delivery confirmation at our cost. All orders valued at over $100 will be insured, also at our cost.

Returns:

Can I return my book if not satisfied?

Any book is returnable, in the original condition, within 14 business days. Please contact us first to let us know. Refunds are processed when we receive the book.
